Part 1 of 3 - Wiring

Startup Instructions (New Laptop Systems)

Connect the USB cable from the electrical cabinet to the laptop (this is the only cable that matters for communication).
Turn on the main power to the machine (electrical cabinet).
Then turn on the laptop.

That’s it! The system will now communicate properly.
If nothing happens or the software doesn’t see the machine, simply restart the laptop — no need to power-cycle the machine.
Quick tip: Always plug in the USB and power on the machine first, then start the laptop.

Matrix Capping System

Capping Overview

Watch our upgraded Gen 3 Matrix Capper in action—a powerful tabletop bottle capping machine designed for reliable, high-precision capping on tough modern bottles.
Key Highlights:

200% more powerful than the Gen 2 model, with enhanced torque controls for consistent results.
Efficiently caps bottles at approximately one every 6 seconds, using lower air pressure (40-50 PSI) to avoid damaging cap liners or rubbing.
Demonstrates perfect sealing: Caps are applied tightly (hand-twist proof) while properly engaging safety seals.
Ideal for production lines needing fast, repeatable capping without over-torquing.
