Bottle Filler Simulator | Rocky Mountain PLC

This is a simulator. It runs entirely in your browser - there is no machine connected and nothing is sent anywhere. The controls are the real ones and behave the same way - they drive a simulation instead of a machine. Change the tray numbers, click bottles to skip them, then press Start Cycle to watch the fill order and timing. Start with a preset if you just want to see it go.

Jog head 1 over bottle 1 and press Set Datum. Then jog to any bottle in a row that sits out and press Set on that row - the column is worked out for you.

If every row needs a trim, the trim is not the answer - Row Distance or Column Distance is wrong. A trim moves the whole row, so it cannot fix bottles that wander within one row.

One box per head. A head with no fill volume is treated as not fitted, so the head count above follows what you type here.

Manual / Jog • simulated

On the machine these move the gantry, the nozzle and the pumps. Here they move the position readout by the same amount, so the pad behaves exactly as it does in front of the machine.

Set Zero Here is how a tray is taught: jog the right most nozzle over the back right bottle, then press it. Every bottle position is measured from there.

The run is held while this is open. Update lets it finish the bottle it is on, then the new volumes take over for the rest of the tray - bottles already filled keep the volume they actually got. Cancel carries on unchanged.
